• Prices are determined based on product cost, import duties, shipping charges, and operational expenses.

• Prices may vary due to supplier costs, currency exchange rates, and market demand.

2. Discounts & Promotions

• We offer special discounts during festive seasons, promotional campaigns, and exclusive sales events.

• Coupon codes and special deals may be available but cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

3. EMI & Installment Options

• We provide EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options via Razorpay, allowing customers to purchase high-value RC products with flexible payment plans.

• EMI eligibility is subject to approval by Razorpay’s financial partners.

4. Shipping & Additional Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.

• Any additional fees (such as customs duties for international orders) will be communicated before finalizing the purchase.

5. Refunds & Returns

• We do not offer refunds unless the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a verified manufacturing defect.

• Customers must report DOA products within 24-48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

• In case of a valid DOA claim, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or user-caused damage.

6. Pricing Changes

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier costs and market conditions.

• Any changes will be reflected on our website, but ongoing orders will not be affected.
