At TorqueFun, we ship RC cars and accessories from two warehouses. The estimated shipping method and delivery time will always be shown to you before checkout, so you know what to expect.

 

🏠 Domestic Shipping (India)

• Products marked as Domestic Shipping are dispatched from our India warehouse.
• Delivery time: 4–7 business days.
• No customs clearance required.

 

🌍 Overseas Shipping

• Products marked as Overseas Shipping are dispatched from our international warehouse.
• Delivery time: 15–20 business days.
• Timelines may vary slightly due to customs or courier delays.

 

📍 Coverage

• We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier availability.

 

⏳ Delays

• While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs or courier backlogs.
• Refunds are not issued solely for late delivery.

 

🔄 Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible.
