Return Policy

We follow a no-return policy, which means once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned. As a specialized RC hobby store, products cannot be resold once opened or used. However, if you face any issue with your purchase, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve it.

Quality Assurance

All products are checked before dispatch to ensure they are in working condition. In the rare case of receiving a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if replacement is not available.

Technical Support

RC products may require setup or tuning. Our support team is available to help you troubleshoot and get the most out of your purchase.

Spare Parts

Spare parts are not listed for direct online purchase. If you bought your RC from TorqueFun, contact us and we will assist you in sourcing the parts you need.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases (e.g. DOA or damaged products where replacement is not possible). Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. At TorqueFun, cancellations are handled as follows:

1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the details. You may cancel at this stage if necessary.
2. Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order is processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
3. How to Cancel: To cancel, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
