1. Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. RC products are hobby-grade machines and cannot be resold once opened.


2. What if my product is damaged or not working when delivered?

If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


3. Do your RC cars come with a warranty?

No, RC products do not come with a standard manufacturer warranty unless specifically mentioned on the product page. However, we provide after-sales support and spare parts assistance wherever possible.


4. Do you sell spare parts?

Spare parts are not listed for direct purchase on our website. If you bought your RC from TorqueFun, contact us and we will help you source the parts you need.


5. How long does shipping take?

We ship from two warehouses:

 

  • 🏠 Domestic Shipping (India): 4–7 business days

  • 🌍 Overseas Shipping: 15–20 business days

    The estimated delivery time for your product will always be shown before checkout.

 


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, the order is already in processing/import and cannot be cancelled.


7. Do you ship everywhere in India?

Yes, we ship across all major cities and towns in India. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier availability.
